Turkey makes final ruling on third anti-dumping review of polyester staple fiber from Taiwan, China
On August 4, 2019, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2019/26, which regulates polyester short fiber (Turkish: poliesterlerdensentetikdevams?zlifler) from Taiwan, India, and Thailand. polyesterelyaf) made the final ruling on the third anti-dumping sunset review, deciding to continue to impose anti-dumping duties of 6.4-12.0%, 8.5-12.0%, and 12.0% of the CIF value on the products involved in Taiwan, India, and Thailand respectively. On April 26, 2002, Turkey launched an anti-dumping investigation against Taiwan, India, and Thailand. On July 29, 2003, Turkey made a final anti-dumping ruling on the case. On November 13, 2014, Turkey extended the anti-dumping duties on the products involved in Taiwan, India, and Thailand for the second time. On December 31, 2018, Turkey launched the third anti-dumping sunset review investigation into polyester short fibers originating in Taiwan, India, and Thailand.
