The United States implements a recall of Chinese-made children’s handbags
On February 24, 2022, the US CPSC announced a recall of Chinese-made children’s handbags.
The recalled product is Mama&MeMINI children’s leather handbags. The product is approximately 6.5 inches high, 9.5 inches wide, and 3.25 inches deep. It comes in three different colors and comes with metal zippers. SKUMINI505 and UPC850023783271; SKUMINI875 and UPC850023783288; SKUMINI500 and UPC850023783288, printed on the order invoice.
The lead content in the product’s metal zippers, rivets, etc. exceeds federal regulations. If children ingest lead, it can cause adverse health problems.
The recalled products were sold in the United States from July 2020 to October 2021. About 1,050 units were sold in the United States, priced at about US$28.
So far, no accidents or casualties have been reported.
CPSC recommends that you stop using this product immediately and contact KellyWynne for a full refund.
