Vietnam exports yarn. Ten thousand tons
In July 2022, Vietnam’s textile and clothing exports reached 3.683 billion US dollars, a month-on-month increase of 2.69%, a year-on-year increase of 18.08%; the export of yarn was 110,100 tons, a month-on-month decrease of 16.05%, a year-on-year decrease of 37.30 %. Imported yarn was 91,300 tons, a month-on-month decrease of 0.04%, and a year-on-year increase of 0.29%; imported fabrics were US$1.147 billion, a month-on-month decrease of 11.94%, and a year-on-year decrease of 6.69%.
From January to July 2022, Vietnam’s textile and apparel exports reached US$22.274 billion, a year-on-year increase of 25.57%; the exported yarn was 964,800 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 14.07%. Imported yarn was 643,200 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 1.82%; imported fabric was US$9.093 billion, a year-on-year increase of 10.83%.
