In Gujarat, cotton prices fell back after rising earlier this week, with prices lower in both domestic and global futures markets. In Gujarat, the price of cotton is 68,500-69,500 rupees per 356 kg. The arrival volume of cotton in Gujarat is still a controversial topic. Some traders estimate the arrival volume at 20,000-25,000 bales, while others estimate 34,000-40,000 bales, each weighing 170 kilograms.
