The 2021 Jiangxi Province Textile and Garment Industry Chain Chief Work Promotion Conference was held
On July 9, Comrade Luo Xiaoyun, Vice Governor of Jiangxi and Chief of the Provincial Textile and Garment Industry Chain, chaired the 2021 Promotion Meeting for the Provincial Textile and Garment Industry Chain Chief System. From January to May, enterprises above designated size in the province’s textile and garment industry achieved main business income of 62.54 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.7%; realized profits of 4.13 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 60.4%; actualexports2.02 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 66%.
Luo Xiaoyun pointed out that these achievements are hard-won, and we must fully affirm them and strengthen our determination and confidence in promoting the development of the textile and apparel industry. At the same time, we must be clearly aware of the shortcomings and shortcomings of the textile and apparel industry, such as its small size, low development level, and incomplete supporting facilities. Facing the unprecedentedly complex situation, we must base ourselves on the new development pattern, implement new development concepts, emancipate our minds, work hard, and vigorously enhance the competitiveness of the textile and garment industry in Jiangxi Province. Enterprises are the main body in realizing the stable development of the industry. They must give full play to their main role, be brave in promoting the stable development of the industry, shoulder heavy responsibilities, and strive to achieve rapid growth. All localities and relevant departments have strengthened policy integration, collaborative interaction, strengthened organizational and factor guarantees, actively supported enterprise development, and jointly created a good environment conducive to industrial development.
