“The “14th Five-Year Plan” Development Action Plan for “Specialized, Specialized and New” Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the Textile Industry” was released
On August 18, the Industry Development Department and the Science and Technology Development Department of the China Textile Industry Federation released the “14th Five-Year Plan” for the “Specialization of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the Textile Industry” The “Special New” Development Action Plan” aims to gather the strength and consensus of all parties more broadly, create a good environment, support and guide the innovative growth and highquality development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the industry. Small and medium-sized enterprises in the textile industry follow the development path of “specialization, specialization, innovation”.
Small and medium-sized enterprises are the main body of the textile industry and an important force in stabilizing employment and protecting people’s livelihood, promoting entrepreneurship and innovation, maintaining creative vitality and development resilience. In order to thoroughly implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on cultivating a group of “specialized, innovative” small and medium-sized enterprises and improving the innovation capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises, in accordance with the “Guiding Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Promoting the Healthy Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” and in accordance with the “Textile Industry In accordance with the deployment of the “14th Five-Year Plan” Development Outline, the Industry Development Department and the Science and Technology Development Department of the China Textile and Apparel Industry Federation have prepared this “Action Plan”.
