The reporter learned from a recent interview that the construction of Puning Textile Printing and Dyeing Environmental Protection Comprehensive Treatment Center is progressing in an orderly manner. Currently, there are 65 licensed dyeing, printing and washing companies. Enterprises have entered the park for construction, and 55 of them have been put into trial production and operation. The park has put into operation the entire process from power supply, water supply, heat supply, gas supply and other energy supply to centralized sewage treatment.
The Puning Textile Printing and Dyeing Environmental Protection Comprehensive Treatment Center is a key provincial construction project and one of the top ten people’s livelihood projects in the province. It is an important project for the comprehensive improvement of Lianjiang River in Puning City. The project is located at the junction of Zhanlong Town and Nanjing Town in the east of Puning City, and is planned and constructed in accordance with the principles of “industrial agglomeration, enterprise concentration, unified management, and land intensification”. The center’s starting area has a planned area of 2,012.24 acres (including a planned area of 1,021.35 acres for the first phase and a planned area of 990.89 acres for the second phase). The land area used in the first phase is 420 acres. At present, 65 companies have entered the park for construction, 55 of which have completed trial production and operation. The construction work of various projects of the center is progressing in an orderly manner. Among them, the sewage treatment plant will be constructed in two phases. In the first phase, it is planned to build a 60,000 tons/day civil structure and 40,000 tons/day equipment procurement and installation. In the second phase, 20,000 tons/day equipment will be built according to the company’s production needs. Procurement and installation. At present, the first phase of the project has been completed and has passed the completion acceptance and environmental protection acceptance. It currently processes approximately 23,000 tons of sewage per day. The second phase of the project has completed the bidding process and is working hard to purchase equipment. The completion acceptance work of industrial water diversion, industrial water supply plants and pipe network supporting projects is being accelerated.
