Improve the testing level of cashmere industry and promote the healthy development of the industry
In order to maintain the healthy and orderly development of the cashmere industry, the Cashmere Professional Committee of the China Wool Textile Industry Association has organized comparative tests on villi fiber content every year since 2016, aiming to improve the level of domestic villi fiber content testing. After several years of promotion, the event has achieved significant results, and has stimulated domestic and foreign scholars to conduct research on cashmere raw materials, digital testing and information applications, manufacturing technology and product quality.
October 21-22, hosted by the China Wool Textile Industry Association and co-organized by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region FiberQuality Monitoring Center (National Plush Quality Inspection and Testing Center), China Wool The 2021 Cashmere Fiber is organized by the Cashmere Professional Committee of the Textile Industry Association, Inner Mongolia Ordos Cashmere Group Co., Ltd., and Inner Mongolia Dongke Textile Testing Service Co., Ltd., and supported by Beijing Hezhong Vision Technology Co., Ltd. and Lanbo (Suzhou) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Content, plush-free length and coarse content comparison test technology exchange meeting was held in Hohhot.
Liu Jiaqiang, President of China Wool Textile Industry Association, Wang Li, Director of Fiber Quality Monitoring Center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Wang You, Deputy General Manager of Cashmere Division of Inner Mongolia Ordos Cashmere Group Co., Ltd. and Director of Cashmere Professional Committee of China Woolen Association, Peng Yanli, former president of the Textile Industry Association, and Zhang Meirong, chief engineer of the cashmere spinning division of Inner Mongolia Ordos Cashmere Group Co., Ltd., attended the meeting.
Wu Yanwen, deputy secretary-general of the China Wool Textile Industry Association, presided over the meeting.
Comparison test upgrade
Strive to promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry
In order to further improve the overall testing level of the industry, strengthen the consistency of testing techniques and vision, and reduce the differences between testing laboratories, this fluff fiber comparison test added unparalleled information to the original fluff fiber content comparison test. Through the comparison test of plush length and coarse content, we hope that through in-depth analysis of the comparison test results, on-site observation of the inspection operation process, and sharing of cutting-edge testing technologies, we can help enterprises use raw materials scientifically and promote the healthy and orderly development of my country’s cashmere industry.
Wang Li said in her speech at the meeting that the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has the largest grassland and natural pasture in the country, and the plush industry is a traditional characteristic industry of the autonomous region. 11 of the 12 cities in the region are involved in the plush industry, and Alba has There are five high-quality white cashmere goat varieties, including the S-type white cashmere goat, with an annual output of nearly 7,000 tons of raw goat cashmere, accounting for approximately 50% of the country’s cashmere production and 40% of the world’s cashmere production. It is the main production area of high-quality cashmere raw materials in my country and even the world. , is also the largest cashmere products deep processing and export zone, with a complete industrial chain from product development, production to terminal sales. In recent years, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Fiber Quality Monitoring Center has based on its plush resource advantages and industrial development status, actively leveraged its advantages in inspection and testing, and continuously improved its technical capabilities. In the future, it will promote industrial transformation through institutional innovation, from promoting the notarization inspection system to promoting cashmere goat fiber fineness. In terms of dynamic monitoring and standardized breeding, we will promote the transformation of the entire plush fiber industry chain and promote the structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading of the plush industry.
Liu Jiaqiang said that since the fluff fiber comparison test was launched on April 9 this year, 41 testing institutions and corporate laboratories across the country have actively participated. After nearly half a year of intense and busy work by the working group, the test results have been successfully completed. According to the summary analysis, the “2021 Fluff Fiber Content, Fluffy Length and Coarse Content Comparative Test Analysis Report” was released at the end of September. Since this event was held in 2016, a total of 216 institutions and companies have participated, and 600 people have participated in training and exchanges. Over the years, the China Wool Textile Industry Association has practiced its purpose of serving enterprises and the industry. It has worked with people in the wool textile industry to improve my country’s wool spinning technology application level and industrial development capabilities, and strive to build a complete “from sheep to people” Industrial chain, jointly promote the sustainable, rapid and healthy development of the wool textile industry. In the next step, the China Wool Textile Industry Association will regard comparative testing as the basis and conditions for industry development, and work with industry insiders to jointly promote the high-quality development of China’s wool textile industry.
Discuss cutting-edge technologies and jointly push the industry forward
In the technical exchange session, the event invited 7 industry experts to introduce their experience in microscopic identification of plush fibers, cutting-edge technology identification solutions for plush fibers, cashmere testing equipment and standards, etc. Participants expressed that they had benefited a lot.
On the basis of summarizing the results of the previous four cashmere comparison tests, Tian Zhifang, engineer of Inner Mongolia Ordos Cashmere Group Co., Ltd. (Dongke Company), explained this comparison test and focused on four practical cases. Difficulties encountered during sample testing were analyzed and communicated in detail. At the same time, she also explained the precautions in the identification process, such as looking at the overall appearance and accurately identifying the typical morphological characteristics of various animal fibers. For difficult fibers present in the sample, the sample should be cut longer when preparing the sample. To gain more information on fiber characteristics, if you encounter dark-colored samples, you need to strip them and then further characterize them. Finally, Wang You, director of the Cashmere Professional Committee of the China Wool Textile Industry Association and deputy general manager of the cashmere spinning division of Inner Mongolia Ordos Cashmere Group Co., Ltd., affirmed and commented on the advancement of the new technologies and new instruments introduced by the above experts. He also pointed out that the velvet comparison test and detection technology exchange meeting has been held for five consecutive years. This year, on the basis of maintaining the original comparison of fiber content of special animals, the addition of plush-free length, thick content comparison and length detection was added. On-site observation unified the inspection vision and techniques and improved the level of lint-free inspection. In the future, the China Cashmere Professional Committee will continue to hold similar seminars and exchange meetings to build a communication platform for industry testing personnel and R&D personnel to further improve the testing level of the entire industry.
The meeting also organized delegates to experience new testing instruments at the meeting site and visit the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Fiber Quality Monitoring Center Laboratory.
