On the morning of October 26, 2021, the Liangshan Prefecture Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Sichuan Province and the Ningnan County People’s Government held a national ecological cocoonsilk productQualitySupervision and Inspection Center (Liangshan) Construction Project Signing Ceremony. Director Lu Liwu of the Liangshan Prefecture Administration for Market Regulation, Deputy Director Cao Fuyong, Deputy Director Li Wenbo, Deputy Director Chen Mei, Director Mei Xianyue and Deputy Director Li Wendong of the Ningnan County Administration for Market Regulation, and Director of the Liangshan Prefecture Comprehensive Inspection and Testing Center Yang Zhengyi, Office Director Yang Lin, Director of Liangshan Fiber Inspection Institute Wang Tao and others attended the signing ceremony.
At the signing ceremony, Lu Liwu pointed out that the construction of the National Ecological Cocoon Silk Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Liangshan) laboratory in Ningnan is of great significance, requiring that the specific implementation plan and time requirements be refined on the basis of the framework agreement, and the experimental The laboratory construction requirements are put forward: first, the laboratory must be constructed in accordance with the requirements of national laboratory-related facilities, equipment, types, and functions to meet the needs of notarization and inspection; second, laboratory construction funds must be included in next year’s fiscal budget; third, specific personnel must be drawn up Training plan to meet the needs of national laboratory construction, collect current personnel status, and complete relevant personnel training plans. The fourth is to ensure the smooth delivery and acceptance of the laboratory in October in accordance with the framework agreement.
Finally, in a warm and solemn atmosphere, witnessed by the participants, Cao Fuyong, deputy director of the State Market Supervision Bureau, and Mei Xianyue, director of the Ningnan County Market Supervision Bureau, represented the State Market Supervision Bureau and Ningnan County respectively. The People’s Government signed an agreement, officially opening a new chapter in the National Ecological Cocoon and Silk Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Liangshan) construction project.
