Liuyang, Hunan: The first phase of the main construction of Yashilin’s sericulture and silk intelligent manufacturing industry project has been completed
As a key construction project in Hunan Province in 2021, the Yashilin Changsha (International) SericultureSilk Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Project (hereinafter referred to as the “Yashilin Project”) has passed After more than half a year of hard work, the main construction of the first phase has been completed and is expected to be put into trial production by the end of the year, when a new model of industrialized sericulture will be launched.
The total investment of the Yashilin project is approximately 7 billion yuan, with a land area of approximately 613 acres and a construction area of approximately 950,000 square meters. Construction officially started on March 28. At present, the injection molding factory in the first phase of the project has entered the equipment debugging stage, and the main parts of the three factories including the industrial sericulture and breeding center have been completed.
In addition, the Silk Road (Jinyang Avenue-Jianxin 1st Road) next to the Yashilin project is also under construction in full swing and is expected to be completed by the end of this month. In order to serve the Yashilin project, Liuyang Economic Development Zone (High-tech Zone) has also built the main road of the project – Jinyang Avenue North Auxiliary Road (Xihuan Road-Keda Road). At present, the road has been successfully opened to traffic.
“The North Auxiliary Road of Jinyang Avenue and the Silk Road were built by the park to cooperate with the construction and commissioning of the project. Once the roads are opened, they will play a very good role in promoting the project.” said Zhao Jianping, project manager of Yashilin.
In order to serve the construction of projects, Liuyang Economic Development Zone (High-tech Zone) has also established a command group to organize backbone forces to establish a work leading group. The project headquarters is located next to the construction site and implements 24-hour shifts to ensure the project progresses as scheduled.
