4 Chinese textile companies are on the list of the top 500 world brands in 2021
The 2021 (18th) “Top 500 World Brands” rankings compiled exclusively by World Brand Lab were recently announced in New York, USA. A total of 44 Chinese companies are on the list of the “Top 500 World Brands” in 2021. Among them, 4 textile-related companies are on the list, namely COFCO ranked 196th, Hengli ranked 379th, Shenghong ranked 399th and Weiqiao Ranked 462nd.
The world’s top 500 brands are judged based on the brand’s global influence, that is, the brand’s ability to develop markets, occupy the market and obtain profits, involving three key indicators: market share, brand loyalty and global leadership.
In this year’s list, the United States occupies 198 seats among the top 500, ranking first among the major brands. France, Japan, China and the UK are the second camp of world brand powers. The number of Chinese brands selected is 44, an increase from last year, and it continues to rank fourth in the world in terms of the total number of brands on the list.
