22 printing and dyeing companies in Shaoxing, Zhejiang are about to close
On the morning of January 6, the Shaoxing Yuecheng District printing and dyeing enterprise shut down and quit work road show was successfully held at Guozhou Printing and Dyeing. The District Economic and Information Bureau (District Promotion Office ) presided over the event. Ruan Chenghua, deputy director of the Municipal Economic and Information Bureau (Municipal Promotion Office) attended the event. The district Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Market Supervision Administration, Emergency Management Bureau, Ecological Environment Branch, and persons in charge of Doumen, Mashan, and Sunduan Subdistricts involved 22 printing and dyeing companies that closed down at the end of the year participated in this event.
The roadshow activity is divided into two parts: outdoor on-site visit roadshow and conference review.
During the outdoor roadshow, the Guozhou Printing and Dyeing Organization led the team to the production workshop and sewage pool to explain the preparations for the dismantling of production equipment and the dredging and dismantling of sewage pools; during the meeting review session, each functional department discussed the safety of equipment dismantling, hazards Chemical disposal, waste gas, waste water, and solid waste disposal, soil pollution investigation and restoration, sewage tank cleaning and safe dredging and dismantling, employee disposal, special equipment disposal, and changes in the business scope of business licenses were explained and requirements were made.
At the end of the event, Deputy Director Ruan Chenghua made specific requirements in three aspects: time node for shutdown and exit, optimization of government services, preparation for shutdown and exit, and team building. Through this roadshow, the awareness of corporate responsibility has been further enhanced, the shutdown process has been streamlined, and printing and dyeing enterprises have been promoted to implement shutdown and exit as required.
Next, the District Economic and Information Bureau (District Promotion Office) will continue to strengthen service guidance, strengthen inspections and supervision, and ensure the safe relocation and scheduled closure of enterprises.
