Clothing color fastness and color difference

1. If the customer has no special requirements, the minimum color fastness required for the goods is:

(1) Color fastness to washing:

A. Single washing fastness (Colour change) 3-3.5 level

B. Color stain level 3-3.5

（ 2) Rubbing color fastness:

A. Dry rub (Dry) level 3-3.5

B. Wet wipe (Wet) level 2.5-3

(3) Light color fastness: level 4

2. The color matching is accurate. The color difference between the color of the bulk fabric and the confirmed color should be at least within 3.5 levels and needs to be confirmed by the customer.

3. If the surface fabric and lining fabric are of the same color, the color difference shall not be less than 3.5 levels.

4. The fabric requires accurate ingredient ratio and uniform yarn count density. The woven fabric must meet the density required by the customer. The knitted fabric requires a weight error range of Within ±5%.

5. Dimensional changes. If there are no specific regulations, it is required that all fabrics should be controlled within 5 times of ordinary washing, and the maximum error in each direction should be within 3%. ; After 3 dry cleanings, the maximum error in each direction is within 2%.

6. Flame retardancy, pure man-made fiber fabrics can be exempted from testing, while animal and plant fiber fabrics must be tested.

7. The materials for export orders are required to be free of azo dyes, and the factory should conduct one-by-one or phased testing according to the order requirements.
