To check the quality of clothing, first measure the length, bust, collar, and sleeve length according to the model number marked on the clothing. , shoulder width, pants length, hip circumference, and waist circumference to see if the size specifications are accurate. The error should generally be less than 1.5%. After checking the specifications, focus on checking the inherent quality of the garment. The method is visual inspection, ruler measurement and strict checking. It is best to conduct a visual inspection first when trying on.
(1) Top: Check from the front, back and sides. From the front, observe whether the two sharp corners of the collar are symmetrical and should not be high or skewed. They should be stiff and straight. The collar circumference should be close to the neck, and the inside of the collar should not be exposed; whether the pockets are symmetrical, whether the shoulder blades are wide and comfortable, whether the back forks are flat, and whether the sides are flat. , mainly depends on whether the shoulder seam is straight, whether the clothes and sleeves are round and even, and there should be no unevenness or depression. Then check whether the sleeves are consistent from front to back, whether the hem seams are straight and flat, etc.
(2) Pants: It can be divided into three steps of plane, upper and three-dimensional inspection. For plane inspection, align and flatten the stiff seams to see if the seams are straight and not hanging, whether the side seams are flat, the pocket pads are not exposed, and whether the trouser legs are snug, consistent in size, and have no slings. Then pull up one trouser leg to see if the bottom seam is aligned and straight, without hanging or tearing, and whether the intersection with the back seam is straight. Is the intersection of the trousers straight and whether the bottom seam of the trousers is hanging up? Check the upper part, mainly to see whether the waist is straight, not fat or tight, whether the pleats and seams are symmetrical, whether the back pockets are snug and flat, whether the small skirt is flat, whether the position is accurate, and whether the placket and lining fit well. , round and smooth; whether the zipper is flexible; during the three-dimensional inspection, lift up the waistband of the trousers according to the wearing shape to see whether the front and rear seams are round and smooth, whether the four-part seams are straight, and whether the pants and seams are flat and not hanging.
(3) Fabric inspection: Check for obvious defects, color differences, insect infestations, rat bites, etc. If so, it does not meet the quality requirements.
