Supply golf clothing fabric brand composite fabric-flannel (flannel)
Flannel
Flannel is one of the major categories of woolen woolen fabrics and was first produced in Wales, England. Weight 260~320g/m2, usually 64-count combed short hair, mixed with 5%-15% coarse staple cotton or less than 30% viscose fiber as raw material. According to the needs of chromatography, part of it is first dyed and washed as loose fibers. , after drying, mix it with the rest of the original white part, and comb it into the required mixed color material. Spun 100~62.5tex (10~16 metric) woolen yarn for warp and weft, and weave it with plain weave, 1/2, 2/1, 2/2 twill and other structures. It is mainly processed by shrinking, drawing and other finishing processes. The warp and weft tightness of finished flannel is generally 60% in the warp direction and 55% in the weft direction. Therefore, the structure is relatively loose. In order to obtain a finer and cleaner suede surface, in addition to using short wool, cotton and other fibers as fillers, a high twist coefficient of 1617-1933 (metric 146-156 twist per meter) is also used for weaving. The filling rate of the machine is controlled on the high side, generally around 83%. The length and shrinkage of dyeing and finishing is generally 20%, and the total shrinkage is about 23%. Flannel has a fine suede surface, soft wool fibers on the surface, and a plump and comfortable feel. Mainly used as spring and autumn men’s and women’s trousers, women’s tops, children’s clothing, etc. Thin high-grade flannel woven from fine wool yarn weighs only about 200g/m2. It is a fabric for making high-end products such as shirts, dresses, and skirts.
