Flower lines. Flower thread tape, also known as small flower thread tape, is a small jacquard fabric made of viscose silk and cotton yarn (or cotton thread) interwoven. The warp and weft are interlaced to form a double-layer fabric, which is divided into two pieces of fabric after being cut. The ground weave generally adopts a heavy-duty flat weave, while the burnt-out georgette adopts a plain weave. The length of the pile is about 2mm, and the pile lies along the weft direction. If the velvet is sheared before dyeing and resin-finished after dyeing to make the pile stand up, it is called Georgette velvet. After the velvet blanks of georgette and georgette are dyed or printed, they can be processed into dyed georgette or printed georgette. Georgette fabric has dense velvet, soft feel, elasticity, soft luster and bright color. Zhang velvet: Zhang velvet, also known as velvet, is a single-layer raised silk fabric woven using the pole pile weaving method. The surface of the fabric has pile loops or piles. The raw materials used are pure mulberry silk, or mulberry silk or cotton yarn is used as the ground warp and ground weft, and mulberry silk is used as the velvet warp. During weaving, a pile rod is woven into every four or three wefts. The pile warp is wound around the pile rod and raised above the ground tissue. If all the pile rods are pulled out after weaving, pile will be formed at the pile rod. The loops become plain Zhangzhou velvet; if you first print the designed pattern on the velvet rod, then cut the velvet loops in the pattern part into fluff, and then pull out the velvet rod, the pile or loops will be thick and towering, with a soft luster. The texture is firm, the color is elegant, and the feel is thick. Mainly used as fabric for women’s high-end clothing and hats.
Gold velvet: Golden velvet yarn is processed by the cut velvet method, and is a single-layer warped velvet fabric interwoven with mulberry silk and viscose silk. The ground warp and ground weft are made of mulberry silk, and the pile warp is made of glossy viscose silk. The plain weave is used as the ground weave, and the pile warps are consolidated in the ground weave according to certain rules and form floating lengths on the surface of the fabric. After the fabric comes off the machine, it is through-cut, and then undergoes scouring, dyeing, brushing and other processing to make the pile stand up. Golden velvet is a high-grade silk fabric with soft and elastic texture, soft color and thick, slightly sloping pile. Mainly used for women’s clothing, skirts and clothing trimming.
Bright velvet: Bright velvet is a two-color plush jacquard velvet fabric similar to georgette. It uses the same weaving method, ground warp and ground weft materials as georgette. The difference is that in addition to glossy viscose yarn, the velvet warp also uses gold and silver threads. Gold and silver threads are inlaid around the jacquard floral velvet and in the flower core to set off the floral velvet and create a three-dimensional effect. The non-flowering velvet warp is located on the back of the fabric and is cut off after the velvet is cut. After scouring and dyeing, the fabric is often in dark variegated colors. Bright velvet has a soft feel, light and crisp texture, and flowers of velvet appear on the transparent ground pattern. The pattern is full, three-dimensional, gorgeous and noble. Mainly used as women’s high-end clothing, skirt fabrics, etc.
