The antistatic performance of this anti-static fabric depends on the type of conductive fiber and the distribution of conductive components (metal, graphite, carbon black, etc.) in the fiber. It can be divided into uniform conductive component type, conductive component covering type, and conductive component coverage type. There are four types: composite type and conductive component mixed type. Other composite conductive fibers containing conductive components such as carbon black and graphite can be directly used in weaving filaments. A conductive filament is embedded in the yarn at certain intervals (such as about 1.5 cm) to obtain good antistatic properties.
