There are many varieties of anti-static fabrics, which can be summarized into three types: 1. Use anti-static agents to resin-finish the fabrics, and adhere to the surface of synthetic fiber fabrics after padding and baking, so that the fabrics have a certain degree of anti-static properties. Effect. This method is now only used for civilian clothing to overcome static electricity phenomena such as clothes entanglement, spark discharge, pollution and ash absorption. 2. Add antistatic agents, such as phosphate esters, sulfonates and other surfactants, or introduce third monomers into the polyester or nylon polymer to obtain durable antistatic fibers. Since most of the antistatic agents in additives are surfactants that react or decompose when exposed to alkali, alkaline detergents should be avoided when finishing or washing fabrics to avoid affecting the antistatic effect. This fiber is suitable for dust-free clothing, Sterile clothing can also be used for civilian clothing. 3. Conductive fibers are mixed into ordinary fabrics. This kind of anti-static fabric has been generally accepted and recognized because it is not affected by the environment. The antistatic performance of this anti-static fabric depends on the type of conductive fiber and the distribution of conductive components (metal, graphite, carbon black, etc.) in the fiber. It can be divided into uniform conductive component type, conductive component covering type, and conductive component coverage type. There are four types: composite type and conductive component mixed type. Other composite conductive fibers containing conductive components such as carbon black and graphite can be directly used in weaving filaments. A conductive filament is embedded in the yarn at certain intervals (such as about 1.5 cm) to obtain good antistatic properties. The effect is that it is currently the best conductive fiber used to weave anti-static clothing fabrics.
