PolyesterFlame-retardant fabricThe commonly used finishing agent for durable press finishing is dimethylol dihydroxyethylene urea. There are two finishing methods: pre-baking and delayedlate baking. The pre-baking method is similar to the general anti-wrinkle finishing process, and this method is mainly used in printing and dyeing factories. The process flow is: padding resin initial shrinkagedrying (temperature not exceeding 125℃), slight or complete baking at 150~160℃, 4~5min ), cool and roll – pack – put into warehouse – ready-made garments – press (170℃, 60~90s) – finished product. In the delayed baking method, the fabric is padded with resin and dried, then made into clothing, and then pressed and baked according to requirements. From to drying to pressing and baking, there is a long time interval, so the finishing agent and catalyst must be appropriately selected.
