In recent years, Shaoxing County, based on its advantages in textile specialty industries and the professional market advantages of “China Textile City”, insists on promoting independent innovation as the fundamental driving force for the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry, and vigorously promotes the construction of modern textile technology and equipment innovation service platforms. A certain-scale textile equipment industry cluster with division of labor and cooperation between key enterprises and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises has been formed.
According to the relevant person in charge of the county, the county has always insisted on the cooperation between government and enterprises, and has regarded the construction of the Zhejiang Modern Textile Industry Research Institute as an important starting point to lead the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry. On the basis of the Textile Science and Technology Center, the Zhejiang Textile Institute has been coordinating the construction of the Zhejiang Textile Institute, and has successively provided support funds of 8 million yuan and provided 15,000 square meters of office space free of charge for 10 years. Promote independent innovation. Textile enterprises are encouraged to increase investment in research and development. There are currently 8 high-tech enterprises under the National Torch Plan and 13 provincial-level high-tech enterprises. The county Textile Science and Technology Center has become a national textile productivity promotion center.
Optimize the service system. Established 4 research institutes for new textile materials and textile equipment, established 9 service centers for digital printing technology, popular fabric design, and 3 pilot bases, forming a one-stop innovation service system of textile R&D-pilot-industrialization. At present, the service platform has more than 1,200 corporate members, covering 2/3 of the textile enterprises in the province and radiating to more than ten provinces and cities such as Jiangsu, Shandong, and Shanghai. In the past two years, it has provided 40,000 services such as textile product design, analysis, samples, and monitoring for enterprises. remaining times.
