Because the penetration of ultraviolet rays into tissues is very weak, the deep tissues under the skin are less damaged. However, severe ultraviolet rays can cause systemic reactions such as fatigue, low fever, and drowsiness in the human body. Because some people’s skin is allergic to ultraviolet rays, they may develop solar dermatitis (also known as sunburn) after being exposed to sunlight. The skin in the exposed area may be itchy, stinging, desquamated, and may even ulcerate and form scabs. Actual observations show that in plateau areas at an altitude of 3,500 meters (ultraviolet rays are usually 3-4 times higher than in plain areas), exposed skin will experience burning sensation and peeling for 20-40 minutes when exposed to ultraviolet rays around noon; lasting for 40-80 minutes Within minutes, the skin will develop pimple-like blisters and lead to various lesions.
