CCZ-VI simulation system slub yarn device

In recent years, it has been favored by the market. In order to meet the needs of the market, our factory has introduced the CCZ-VI simulation system slub yarn device on the FA506 spinning machine. Since it was put into operation for several months, it has produced more than 70 different styles of slub yarn, which is very popular among customers.

1. The basic principle of the imitation slub yarn device
As we all know, ring spinning uses different speeds of the front and rear rollers to produce a certain speed ratio for drafting, thereby spinning out even spun yarns. The formation of slub yarn is due to the instantaneous change in the speed ratio of the front and rear rollers. There are roughly the following methods:
(1), the early type is to control the instantaneous change of Rogla speed through the electromagnetic clutch. (Suitable for spinning regular slub yarn, the changes in knot length, pitch and thickness are subject to certain restrictions).
(2), most of the recent types are controlled by servo motors (frequency conversion). The instantaneous changes in Rora’s speed to produce bamboo festivals. Some manufacturers have further used PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) technology to introduce CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) technology, referred to as CAD/ CAM technology controls the instantaneous speed of the servo motor to achieve diversification of slub yarn styles. (Suitable for spinning with regular slub yarns, the section length, pitch and thickness can vary up to a variety of styles).
(3) New model: At the Beijing Textile Machinery Exhibition in October 2004, the Japanese Toyota manufacturer exhibited the compact spinning machine RX240NEW-EST, which is equipped with an electronic drafting system (E-draft) and can produce various colored yarns. The yarn (composite slub yarn, composite yarn count, composite twisted yarn) is characterized by using servo motors to independently drive the front, middle and rear three rollers, which fundamentally changes the transmission method of the drafting part of the traditional spinning machine. (1) Use CAD/CAM technology to control the instantaneous speed of the rear roller through the servo motor (frequency conversion).
(2) The motor on the former Rogo was driven by the motor on the original fine gauze, and the speed was constant. There was another newly installed sensor (no contact) to instantly sensor the former Roge’s speed on the computer.
(3) The computer determines the basic characteristics of the servo motor based on the rotation speed of the front roller and the draft multiple of the base yarn, and then issues instructions from the computer according to the process requirements of the length, pitch, and thickness of the slub yarn, instantly Change the speed of the servo motor, thereby regulating and changing the rotation speed of the rear roller to produce the specified slub yarn.
