In recent years, China’s yarn has developed rapidly. It has developed from pure cotton and polyester-cotton to blends of cotton and various fibers. New textile materials are also emerging one after another. The three key display areas launched at this exhibition have been popular, among which flame-retardant fiber, bamboo fiber, corn fiber, milk silk, soybean fiber, fancy yarn, etc. have become highlights.

Xu Wenying believes that the consumption of Chinese people is no longer dominated by strong demand for fiber. Fashion, style, functionality, etc. have become new consumer demands. Therefore, there is a large space for the use of new differentiated fibers in the textile industry. For a country like China that produces 20 million tons of yarn, tens of thousands of tons of new differentiated fibers are too few.
