If the industrial base is registered and substantively operated, a one-time subsidy of 100,000 to 200,000 yuan will be provided, and a one-year loan base interest rate discount will be provided within the loan limit of 1 million yuan. A “zero starting point creative studio” will be established to provide certain office space, computers and other facilities free of charge within one year to textile and clothing college graduates and other professionals who register and substantively operate in the creative industry base. In addition, international textile forums, international fabric design competitions and other activities were held, the “Pattern Copyright Protection Measures” were promulgated, and the China Textile City Pattern Copyright Registration and Management Office was established to carry out textile pattern copyright registration, management, and protection.
So, how should Shaoxing better utilize the power of creativity to enhance the textile industry and increase the added value of the company’s products? In an interview with reporters, Chen Shujin, vice president of the China Textile Industry Association, put forward several suggestions for the development of Shaoxing’s textile creative industry. He believes that first of all, the government and enterprises must establish an awareness of creativity and truly regard creativity as a major issue to enhance the industry. The second is to introduce talents. Creativity is ultimately human creativity. Shaoxing County has a lot of talents, but they are far from enough.
