The Fiber Supervision Center of Linyi Inspection and Testing Center passed two national textile inspection proficiency verifications
Based on the Municipal Inspection and Testing Center’s efforts to build a well-known brand of inspection and testing in the Huaihai Economic Zone, the Fiber Supervision Center of the Municipal Inspection and Testing Center actively participated in this year’s proficiency testing plan to test the fiber content of textiles and the pH value of textile water extracts. The national textile inspection proficiency verification, the most important item in textile inspection, has achieved satisfactory verification results.
This fiber content proficiency verification experiment is a three-component blended yarn sample of viscose/cotton/acrylic fiber. The difficulty factor is relatively high and it is a key issue in the textile inspection process. At the bottleneck, faced with two proficiency testing experiments being conducted at the same time and with three components of fiber content, the laboratory inspectors developed a careful experimental plan and implementation plan, from selecting key inspection technicians to instrument calibration. From the inspection to the research and confirmation of standards and the compilation of original records, every step of the work was kept improving, the data was successfully submitted, and satisfactory results were obtained from the proficiency testing organizer.
The successful completion of these two proficiency testing tests has increased the confidence of all inspection personnel at the Fiber Supervision Center and inspired everyone’s ambition.
