Hebei Textile launches “three adjustments”
The reporter learned from the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission that after the introduction of the textile industry adjustment and revitalization plan, Hebei Province decided to focus on implementing three adjustments: guiding textile enterprises to move from decentralization to parks, from urban areas to suburbs, and from cities to agricultural areas; vigorously developing new fabrics , high value-added clothing, home textiles, and industrial textiles; accelerate the withdrawal of state-owned capital and support the rapid development of private enterprises.
Three adjustments are implemented in Hebei: First, adjust the industrial layout. Hebei’s urban textile industry takes the opportunity of retreating from the city to the suburbs to achieve larger scale, refined products, higher quality, and more famous brands; the county textile and garment industry focuses on the construction of industrial clusters, exerts agglomeration effects, cultivates characteristic products, and strengthens segmentation market. The second is to adjust product structure. Use high-tech and advanced applicable technologies to transform and upgrade the textile and garment industry, strive to improve product quality and competitiveness, and expand corporate profit margins. The third is to adjust the property rights structure of enterprises. Deeply promote the reform of large state-owned enterprises and adopt special support policies to help enterprises reduce their burdens and resolve difficulties as soon as possible. At the same time, we will accelerate the strategic adjustment of state-owned capital, encourage and support the entry of non-state-owned capital, and form large groups and companies with strong strength and strong competitiveness through alliances, mergers, and reorganizations.
