Jiujiang’s textile and apparel industry continues to improve in the first half of the year
On July 26, Jiujiang City’s textile and garment industry chain work promotion meeting was held. Municipal leaders Chen Hemin and Xu Hongmei attended the meeting.
Since the beginning of this year, affected by factors such as the recovery of the domestic economy, the recovery of international market demand, and the return of international orders, the textile and garment industry in Jiujiang City has been developing well, with major economic indicators achieving rapid growth. In the first half of the year, there were a total of 374 industrial enterprises above designated size in the city’s textile and garment industry, with a cumulative operating income of 41.772 billion yuan, an increase of 20% over the same period last year.
