Wei Danqing, a senior expert and intermediate economist at the Zhejiang Provincial Economic Information Center’s carbon peak and carbon neutrality research, gave an on-site lecture on “Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality” Opportunities and Challenges of the Printing and Dyeing Industry Against the Background”, which mainly includes the concept of “carbon peak carbon neutrality” and its impact on industrial enterprises, especially the impact on printing and dyeing enterprises and related requirements.
“Today is not only for learning, but also for finding gaps.” Pu Jianfeng, chairman of Zhejiang Yuexin Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., said how to better achieve energy conservation in the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. According to Zhao Haifeng, general manager of Zhejiang Weiyi Industrial Co., Ltd., energy consumption is closely related to enterprise production, and the company has been exploring improvements in this aspect: “On the one hand, you can choose energy-saving products, such as choosing permanent motors for equipment. magneto; on the other hand, waste heat is reused during the production process.” Next, the company also plans to promote solar photovoltaic power generation and use more clean energy.
In order to help the printing and dyeing industry develop towards green and low-carbon development, next, the District Printing and Dyeing Association will focus on special rectification and improvement of unorganized waste gas emissions, standardized storage and disposal of printing and dyeing sludge, and compliance with all indicators of wastewater cleaning, “Pollution Emission Permit Management Regulations” 》Propaganda and other key contents to guide industry enterprises.
At present, it is a critical period for the rebirth of the printing and dyeing industry in our region. In the process of building a “green high-end, world-leading” modern textile industrial cluster, the next step , the District Printing and Dyeing Industry Service Center will take the construction of the Collaborative Innovation Center of Printing and Dyeing Industry Engineers as an entry point, serve as a staff assistant for the government’s scientific decision-making and governance, and a “shop waiter” to serve the development of enterprises, and further guide more printing and dyeing enterprises to optimize energy structure and cascade utilization.
