China’s multi-spindle spinning machine launched in Shanghai

Due to the needs of competition, cotton textile enterprises must improve labor productivity, reduce staff and increase efficiency, and further improve the quality of textile products, especially ultra-long collective doffing ring spindles with high degree of automation, stable yarn quality, high spindle speed, and energy saving. In June this year, Shanghai Second Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully exhibited the giant Changlong EJM138JLL 1236-spindle ultra-long spinning frame at the “SHANGHAITEX 2007 13th Shanghai International Textile Industry Exhibition” event. After that, it invested non-stop in the research, development and design of the 1512-spindle ultra-long spinning frame (EJM158JL type), which currently has the largest number of spinning spindles in my country.

The main feature of the EJM158JL spinning frame is that it is currently the only model with large length and multiple spindles in China. The number of spindles reaches 1512, surpassing the Zinser 350 of Zinser Company of the Swiss SAURER Group. type spinning frame, with a total of 1,488 spindles, second only to the longest spinning frame in the world, the Zinser 351, with a total of 1,680 spindles.

Compared with the 1008-spindle spinning frame, the EJM158JL spinning frame is expected to save users 10% of costs, 5% of production costs, and 14% of floor space.

EJM158JL spinning frame’s steel ring plate lifting, spindle and roller transmission are all driven independently. The traditional gear transmission is also cancelled. All roller transmissions are driven by separate motors.

In the absence of technical reference, the main designers of Shanghai Second Textile Machinery Technology Center independently designed the roller transmission components (independent motor drive). For the first time, young designers were responsible for the design of the ultra-long middle section of the car and got exercise in the design of these components. The young and middle-aged designers who were responsible for component design all completed their tasks brilliantly.

This ultra-long spinning machine with collective doffing and multi-motor drive will be trial-produced by the end of the year. At next year’s international textile machinery exhibition, it will show the majestic appearance of another giant dragon.
