Fourth, there is a gap in the industrial structure, which needs to develop from single type and isomorphism to multi-category and chain development. It is necessary to optimize the industrial structure so that various types of enterprises are reasonably distributed along the industrial chain. Eighth, there is a gap in industrial talent. It should be developed from mainly some employees, managers and rural migrant workers in the original industry to external recruitment of high-precision talents and technicians trained by local universities. Ninth, there is a gap in industry management. It is necessary to move from industry associations doing nothing to developing industry management and service functions. Tenth, there is a gap in marketing and sales. It is necessary to develop from the domestic market to cultivate the local professional market and move towards the international market.
