Top Ten News in China’s Professional Wear Industry in 2007
In 2007, good news spread frequently in China’s professional attire industry, and major industry events were inspiring. Recently, China Professional Clothing Industry Association, China Professional Clothing Network, and China Professional Clothing Special Issue jointly launched the top ten news in China’s professional attire industry.
1. A delegation of Chinese business attire entrepreneurs visited Japan again. A delegation of Chinese business attire entrepreneurs led by the China Professional Clothing Industry Association conducted a week-long inspection visit to Japan from March 21 to 27, 2007. Sino-Japanese professional attire development lectures and exchange meetings were held successively. 2. China Business Wear Entrepreneur Summit and Work Wear Enterprise Independent Brand Building and Innovation Summit Forum will be held in Haikou from November 17th to 19th. 5. The finals of Bairong·Fashion Beijing Professional Clothing Design Competition were announced. The award ceremony was held on July 12 at D·PARK Beijing Fashion Design Plaza. 10. Jilin Province held the “Chengcheng” Professional Wear 2007 First Fashion Design Competition. A total of 198 contestants from clothing companies and colleges and universities across the province participated in this competition. The design categories were divided into four series: hotels, shopping malls, transportation and communications, and workwear. The participating contestants designed a total of more than 500 works.
