According to Xinhua News Agency: On the 4th, the provincial government organized an expert group to conduct demonstrations on the “Dandong National Waterless Printing and Dyeing Industrialization Base Development Plan” prepared by the Dandong Municipal Government.
Waterless printing and dyeing is the key to solving the high water consumption, high energy consumption and high pollution emissions of the textile printing and dyeing industry. During the “10th Five-Year Plan” period, the Ministry of Science and Technology supported Dandong Hengxing Group’s development and application of wastewater-free printing and dyeing dye auxiliaries and intelligent waterless printing and dyeing special equipment projects through the Science and Technology Support Plan and the “863” Plan. This has since opened up a new era of waterless printing and dyeing in my country. Technology moves to the forefront and new technologies form the prelude to industrialization. After more than ten years of hard work, Dandong Hengxing Group pioneered the screenless printing and dyeing process, the synthesis method of supporting paint additives and the special equipment for waterless printing and dyeing, built a waterless printing and dyeing production line, and realized waterless printing and dyeing in the true sense. And realized the industrial development of deep-processed products. At present, it has achieved an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of waterless printing and dyeing auxiliaries. The waterless printing and dyeing equipment has been capable of mass production. The production capacity of waterless dyeing fabrics has reached 6 million meters. Waterless printing and dyeing auxiliaries, fabrics and deep processing The output value of the products has reached 1.2 billion yuan. A new waterless printing and dyeing industry with completely independent intellectual property rights, pioneering process technology, broad market prospects and huge significance in energy saving and emission reduction has begun to take shape in Dandong.
The widespread promotion and application of Dandong’s new waterless printing and dyeing technology will not only provide a solid foundation for the establishment and development of new leading industries in Dandong, but will also lead the revolution in textile printing and dyeing technology in Liaoning, the country and even the whole country. To this end, the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government are determined to use the city’s efforts to build Dandong into an advanced national waterless dyeing industrialization base.
At the demonstration meeting, experts put forward some revised opinions on the “Dandong National Waterless Printing and Dyeing Industrialization Base Development Plan”.
