The cleaning process
Since the cohesion of milk protein fiber is slightly poor and the specific resistance is high, static electricity is easily generated during the rolling process, and the cotton roll is easy to stick and fluffy. In order to make the cotton roll positive High efficiency and uniform longitudinal direction, the following measures have been taken: strictly control the temperature and relative humidity in the workshop to reduce the impact of static electricity; spray appropriate anti-static agent on the cotton rolls, but be sure to pay attention to the appropriate amount, otherwise it will be used in the subsequent carding process. It will cause the winding roller phenomenon; strictly control the cotton roll ration, otherwise it will also have adverse effects on subsequent processes. It is recommended to use the short process flow of “two boxes and two knives”, implement the process principles of “grabbing small bundles, combing more and beating less, collecting more and dropping less, light quantity, low speed, and anti-sticking”, reduce the beater speed, and strengthen carding. It has a loosening effect and reduces fiber damage. The cotton rolls are covered with plastic film and stored for 4 to 8 hours. The operation operation is strictly implemented on first-in-first-out basis.
Carding process
The production difficulties of milk protein fiber in the spinning process are mainly concentrated in this process, and the reflected problems are concentrated on the cotton net falling or cotton net drift caused by stripping and transfer. The sliver is broken in front of the machine due to poor ends, rotten edges, and poor cohesion. Therefore, the main process principles of the carding machine are soft carding, smooth transfer, light quantity, low speed, and medium distance. Properly raise the cotton feeding plate and reduce the speed of the lick-in roller, cylinder and cover plate. Improve the linear speed ratio between cylinder and licker-in. Appropriately enlarge the distance between the cover plate and the cylinder, fill the cover plate, and improve the quality and clarity of the cotton mesh. Appropriately reduce the speed of Dolf. Drawing process
Since milk protein fiber has good elasticity and good uniformity, but has less three-dimensional curl and slightly poor cohesion, the drawing process is used to improve fiber straightness and reduce weight. The focus is on uniformity, reducing the difference fluctuation between stations to ensure stable color difference after the yarn is formed. The straight drafting process configuration is adopted, and the drafting multiple and roller distance between the first and last are controlled to be larger. It is conducive to the parallel straightening of fibers and the improvement of evenness. The speed of the machine can be appropriately reduced, and the number of winding rollers and rubber rollers can be reduced. The diameter of the bell mouth is appropriately small, which can restrain the sliver and improve the consistency of the cooked sliver. Appropriately enlarging the tension and draft ratio can make the sliver roll tightly. The surface is smooth to reduce weight unevenness, the pressure is appropriately amplified, and the surface of the rubber roller is treated with resin coating or acid treatment.
