The raw materials are 105D/36F island silk + 50D/32FPTT composite yarn, and the fabric is made of double-layer composite tissue. , the inner layer is made of island silk ultra-fine fiber, and the outer layer is made of PTT composite yarn alternately. Since the alkali resistance of PTT composite fiber is better than that of spandex, the elasticity and breaking strength of the fiber are maintained during the alkali loading process, and preparations are made for the subsequent process of sea-island silk fiber opening.
PTT composite fiber can be dyed with disperse dyes. When dyeing with disperse dyes, PTT dyes quickly, so it has a different color from polyester filaments. Special attention should be paid to the rationality of the dyeing prescription. Use high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing agents for dyeing. The dyeing temperature should be controlled below 125°C and should not be too high. When the temperature drops to 80°C, it must be washed with overflow water for 5 minutes to remove the dark color produced when the temperature rises and the color changes, prevent the fabric from wrinkles, and ensure the uniformity of PTT shrinkage. Pay special attention to the temperature when setting. On the premise of meeting the shrinkage rate, reduce the setting temperature as much as possible. The setting temperature should be between 160°C and 170°C.
