Renovation of A272F draw frame bundler
For a long time, when the A272F draw frame was spinning combed cotton varieties, the leading edge of the bundler had serious accumulation of flowers and return flowers, and the front top roller seriously absorbed flowers, which could easily be brought into the sliver, causing yarn defects. Based on long-term observation and analysis, we believe that the main cause of this problem is the unreasonable size of the cluster outlet and the low position of the cluster. To this end, we have modified the A272F draw frame bundler.
First, the outlet size of the clusterer has been modified. The A272F draw frame originally used an elliptical cluster with an outlet size of 10 mm × 15 mm. Due to the small diameter, the output cotton web is sharply gathered by the clusterer, and the cotton web becomes thicker. The resistance of the clusterer to the cotton bundles increases accordingly, and some fibers cannot pass through the clusterer smoothly, causing the front edge of the clusterer to bloom. We changed the diameter of the bundler to an oblate outlet of 50 mm × 7 mm, so that the cotton web output by the front roller is gathered more slowly by the bundler than before. At the same time, the cotton web is thinner, and the resistance of the bundler to the cotton bundles is greatly reduced. Small, allowing fibers to pass through the bundler smoothly. The modified bundler has been put on the train for many times and has been tested. The phenomenon of accumulation and return of flowers has been reduced. The CV of spun yarn and the yarn defect level of 100,000 meters have been greatly improved. The CV value of spun CJl4.5 extra fine yarn has increased from 15.70% to 15.70%. It dropped to 15.15%, the yarn defects in 100,000 meters dropped from 29 to 24, and the details dropped from 33/km to 16/km.
The second is to modify the high and low positions of the cluster. Install height adjustment screws on both sides of the bundler to form an arc between the bundler and the front roller, which increases the contact surface and pressure of the bundler on the fibers and effectively controls the movement of the fibers. This is not only beneficial to the straightening and parallelization of fibers and reducing the suction of the front rubber roller, but also reduces the labor intensity of the on-duty lathes, which is welcomed by the on-duty lathes. The yarn defects at 100,000 meters have been greatly reduced. In the same spindle test on CJ14.5 special type yarn, the number of yarn defects at 100,000 meters dropped from 40 before transformation to 24.
