[Results of rotation] On February 19, 2020, Xinjiang cotton entered the market with a quantity of 7,000 tons. There was no transaction. It has been the fourth consecutive trading day without transaction.
[1] According to the China Foreign Exchange Trading Center authorized by the People’s Bank of China, the central parity rate of the RMB exchange rate on February 19 was 1 US dollar = 7.0012 yuan, and the tariff exchange rate in March 2020 was based on Calculated as 1 US dollar = 7.0012 yuan. [2] Starting from now, the interest rate of the “Cotton Trade Connect” business jointly created by the National Cotton Trading Market and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China has dropped to 3.915%, fully supporting cotton-related enterprises with convenient financial services, and working together to overcome the difficulties of the epidemic.
[3] As of the 18th, a total of 4.9941 million tons of cotton had been processed in Xinjiang, a year-on-year decrease of 1.3%. Among them, the autonomous region processed 3.1643 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 8.9%; the XPCC processed 1.8298 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 15.3%.
