India has made a final ruling on the anti-dumping review of pre-oriented yarn originating in China
On February 10, 2012, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry made a final anti-dumping sunset review ruling on pre-oriented yarn originating in China: it will continue to impose anti-dumping duties on the Chinese products involved, with a tax rate of US$545.22/ton. The customs code of the product involved is 5402.42.
In February 2011, India launched an anti-dumping sunset review investigation into pre-oriented yarn originating in China.
