Egypt sold tons of cotton last week
Egypt’s Alexandria Cotton Exporters Association stated that as of the week of February 25, the association sold 563 tons of cotton, and this cotton season has exported a total of 58,029 tons worth US$185 million. In the same period last year, a total of 108,938 tons of cotton were exported, worth US$442 million.
