Vietnam will ban the import of second-hand textile products
According to Vietnam’s “Youth Daily” report: Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade has recently improved the draft revision of the trade law guidance agreement. The Ministry of Industry and Trade proposed a ban on the import of second-hand products such as textiles, footwear, clothing, electronic products, home appliances, medical equipment, interior decoration products, porcelain, etc. In addition, second-hand cars can only be imported if their cumulative useful life from the year of production to the year of import does not exceed five years. The time for temporary import and re-export products to stay in Vietnam has also been reduced from the current 120 days to 60 days.
