In recent days, in order to ensure the spring plowing and sowing production of 1 million acres of cotton fields, the staff of the water pipe main station of Yuli County Water Conservancy Bureau in Xinjiang have been working on the front line day and night, patrolling the safe and smooth flow of water in the channels, and launching an all-out spring irrigation campaign.
