The new fence project for resettlement communities such as Baoxing Community and Fangdu Garden that was opened this time is a practical project for people’s livelihood, with a budget of 1.94 million yuan. A total of 62 unit bidders participated in the bidding without leaving home, and participated in the whole process in real time. It understands the entire bid opening process, remotely decrypts bid documents, and checks bid results, achieving “zero meetings” and “zero errands” for both parties in the bidding process.
