EU issues consumer warning on Chinese-made girls’ trousers
On July 13, 2012, the European Commission’s non-food rapid warning system issued a consumer warning on Chinese-made “ADmiring” brand girls’ trousers. The notifying country in this case is Hungary. The pink girls’ trousers reported this time have an unfixed drawstring at the waist, and the words “Wheeler’s Smith” are printed on the trousers. The size is 98; the style/model is TK-931, and the barcode is 7453002695485.
When there is an unfixed drawstring at the waist of these trousers, there is a risk of suffocation and does not comply with the relevant EU standard EN14682.
At present, the Hungarian authorities have taken measures to withdraw the product from the market and recall it.
To this end, it is recommended that relevant domestic production and export enterprises attach great importance to this.
