Create color difference. The main reasons for this phenomenon are: ① Fabric factors: Due to different fiber properties or pre-treatment, cooking, and bleaching, the uniformity of silk is not enough, and the air permeability of semi-finished products before dyeing is uneven, resulting in differences in the degree of dye absorption; ② Liquid absorption coefficient ; Due to mechanical structure reasons or improper operation, the liquid carrying rate of each part of the fabric is inconsistent, resulting in color difference; ③ Pre-baking factors: When pre-baking after pad dyeing, the dye will migrate to varying degrees due to the inconsistent drying speed and drying degree. , resulting in uneven distribution of dye on the fabric. (2) The degree of dye fixation on the fabric is different: the initial distribution of the dye on the fabric is uniform, but during the fixation process, if the conditions are not operated properly, the dye in some parts of the fabric will not be able to fully function. Fixed, removed during post-processing soaping, resulting in color difference. (3) Dye color change: This difference is due to certain reasons that cause the color change of certain dyes on the fabric.
