1. Nesting Oxford cloth: The warp and weft of this fabric are made of polyester FDY150D/36F. The fabric is interwoven with plain weave on a water-jet loom, with a warp and weft density of 360X210. After being treated with pine, alkali, dyeing, antistatic, and coating, the gray fabric has the advantages of light texture, soft hand feel, good waterproofness, and good durability. 2. Nylon Oxford cloth: The warp yarn of the fabric is made of 200D nylon variable yarn, and the weft yarn is made of 160D nylon variable yarn. It is a plain weave and the product is made of water-jet weave. Full elastic Oxford cloth: The warp and weft fabric of this fabric is made of polyester DTY300D yarn, which is interwoven on the spout loom as the thick spots of the transparent tissue change. After the fabric is relaxed, refined, predetermined, alkali-reduced, and softened and set, the reverse side of the fabric is a rubber-plastic polyester layer. The texture is fine, the luster is soft, and the water resistance is good. 4. Teague Oxford cloth: The warp yarn of this fabric is made of polyester DTY400D mesh yarn, and the weft yarn is made of polyester DTY yarn 400D. Featuring a TIG texture, interwoven on a water jet (with tap) loom. The fabric design is novel, the craftsmanship is unique, the front is protruding, and the three-dimensional effect is strong, making it the most prominent part of the fabric. At the same time, the reverse side also uses a coating (PU) process to make it more waterproof and drapey. 5. Weft-knitted Oxford cloth: The warp yarn of the fabric is made of polyester FDY68D/24F, the weft yarn is FDY150D/36F, and the weaving process uses water-jet weaving (with dobby faucet) and weft-knitted interweaving. The fabric has clear lines and combines modernity, artistry and drape. After dyeing, embossing or calendering, the gray fabric has the advantages of strong drape and good water resistance.
