(2) When the oil pump is pressurizing and the compressed air is pressurizing, the main pipe of the pressurized fluid should be divided into two oil cylinders or two cylinders. The left and right pipes should be symmetrical, and always check whether the pressurizing system is leaking oil or air. .
(3) Pay attention to check the parallelism of the roll axis of the roll set and the wear degree of the transmission gear.
(4) When grinding the rubber roll, the axial roll diameter must be adjusted as required. During use, pay attention to check the wear of the roller surface.
2. Precautions for installation, maintenance and use
In order to extend the service life of the rubber roller, the following points should be paid attention to during installation, maintenance and use:
(1) When lifting the rubber roller, you need to The parts where the chain, rope, roller surface end and roller shaft are in contact are filled with elastic materials (such as multi-layer fabrics, waste yarn balls, thick wooden boards, etc.) to avoid crushing or wearing the roller surface and roller shaft. When transporting and storing rubber rollers, care should also be taken. During transportation, protective layers (such as multi-layer fabrics, straw mats, etc.) must be covered with rollers. If it is left aside for a long time, the surface of the metal roller should be coated with wax or grease. The roller shaft should also be protected with grease and covered with a protective layer. It should be supported by the roller shaft without overlapping to avoid indentation on the shaft surface. In addition, be careful not to leave it in places exposed to high or low temperatures, exposed to the sun, or easily exposed to corrosive substances, to prevent accelerated aging of the rubber roller.
(2) Before pressurizing operation, you should carefully check whether there are metal chips and other hard objects (such as small screws, washers, etc.) on the surface of the rolling roller, the rolling points and the rolling groove to avoid being pressed into the rolling points. Damage to the roller surface and scratch the fabric. Always pay attention to inspections during operation.
(3) Appropriate rubber rollers should be selected according to the usage conditions (such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.).
(4) When pressurizing, the total pressure should not exceed the maximum pressure approved by the equipment.
(5) Prevent the lubricating oil of the roll bearing from contaminating the roll surface of the roll end.
(6) After the operation is completed, each roll of the roll set should be disengaged to prevent the rubber roll from being pressed and causing indentations. On winter rest days, the rubber roller surface should be covered with multiple layers of fabric or straw curtains, and all liquid should be placed in the liquid rolling tank and jacket to prevent frost cracking.
(7) When cleaning the roller surface, do not use tools such as scrapers to avoid scratching the roller surface. At the same time, do not use oil to wipe the roller surface.
(8) The oil mist device (oiler) in pneumatic components should be checked regularly to prevent oil shortage or stop oil dripping. Open the drain valve of the water separation air filter 1 to 2 times a day to drain the accumulated sewage. The filter cup and water storage cup of the air filter should be cleaned regularly.
(9) The reduction gearbox lubricator should maintain the specified fluid level, replace it regularly, and keep it clean.
(10) Various transmission parts and rolling bearings should always be well lubricated.
