Hot melt dyeing machine – equipment structure and working process
The hot melt dyeing machine is a continuous pad dyeing machine that is used to dye polyester and its blended chemical fiber fabrics with disperse dyes and uses dry high-temperature color fixation. The composition of the combined machine varies according to the coloring requirements and the fiber type of the fabric to be dyed.

The hot-melt coloring machine used for dyeing polyester with disperse dyes on pure polyester or polyester-cotton blended chemical fiber fabrics mainly consists of an open-width cloth feeding frame, a horizontal two-roller even padding car, an infrared dryer, and a combined horizontal guide roller for hot air drying It consists of a machine, a double-column drying drum dryer, a guide roller drying machine, an open-width washing machine, a drum drying machine, an open-width cloth drop frame and a transmission device.
1. Horizontal two-roller Shilin (dispersed) uniform rolling car part
Including main and passive rollers, pressure device, padding tank, liquid level and temperature automatic control device, frame and transmission and other components. Used for padding disperse dye solutions.
2. Infrared drying machine
There are two rows of infrared drying machines installed after the uniform padding car, which is used to pre-dry the fabric after padding the dyeing solution to avoid the dye produced by uneven drying of the colored fabric. Migration affects product quality.
3. Horizontal guide roller hot air drying machine
Two combined horizontal guide roller hot air dryers are installed behind the infrared dryer for further drying of fabrics. The machine is easy to operate, clean and maintain, has uniform drying temperature, small footprint, simple structure and is easier to use than ordinary horizontal hot air dryers.
4. Guide roller baking machine
Its structure has been introduced in the general unit mechanical part of this book. The cloth capacity is 98m, the drying room temperature is 220°C, and steam heating is used for heat preservation. Using a gas combustion heating device, the gas consumption is 76m3/h during heating and 40m3/h under normal conditions. The upper row is installed with 12 main and passive guide rollers each with an outer diameter of 100mm covered with stainless steel. The active roller is driven by a 0.49N m torque motor; the lower row is installed with 25 passive guide rollers with an outer diameter of 100mm covered with stainless steel. The top and bottom of the machine are heating chambers, which are equipped with gas burners and electric spark gas automatic ignition devices. The air volume of the circulating centrifugal fan is 16600m3/h, and the high-humidity hot air is discharged from the main air duct to each air nozzle (wind speed is 16m/s). The temperature automatic control system is equipped with a two-position three-way pilot solenoid valve and a diaphragm valve that automatically adjusts the gas intake. Three cold water rollers with an outer diameter of 300mm and covered with stainless steel are driven by 0.98N m torque motors and installed in the drying room area to reduce the cloth temperature. An exhaust fan is installed on the roof of the drying room with an air volume of 3320m3/h.
5. Cooling roller
A cooling roller is installed behind the drying machine to quickly reduce the temperature of the cloth surface , prevent permanent wrinkles in fabrics.
