Small batch continuous hot melt dyeing combined machine
Because conventional continuous pad dyeing machines and hot-melt coloring equipment have long process flows and require a lot of cloth threading, they are not suitable for the small batch and multi-variety production development direction of modern printing and dyeing enterprises. In recent years, many printing and dyeing equipment manufacturers have developed small batch continuous hot melt coloring combined machines, which can be used for small batch continuous pad dyeing of polyester-cotton blended chemical fiber fabrics, pure cotton and other fabrics.
This kind of pad dyeing equipment consists of the following three units:
(1) WLMH425-160 type coloring base machine: WMH552A type uniform padding machine for open width cloth → WMH661 type gas infrared drying machine (two Group) → single-column drying drum dryer → 2 cold water cooling rollers → open-width drop cloth.
(2) CMA876-160 semi-contact baking machine: open width cloth feeding → semi-contact baking machine → cooling roller → open width cloth dropping.
(3) WLMH321-160 continuous pad dyeing machine: open cloth feeding → WMH552A uniform pad → ventilation rack → WMH557 pad → WMH705 reducing gas steamer → flat washing tank → ventilation rack → two grids WMH505 Soaping tank → WMH572 small and medium-sized roller rolling car → One-grid WMH505 water washing tank → WMH576A small and medium-sized roller rolling car → Single-column drying drum drying → Cooling and open-width cloth dropping.
This machine is suitable for small batches of 1000m, and the color change time from light to dark only takes 30 minutes. The process speed is 30m/min, and the design speed is 10~40m/min. Suitable for pad dyeing of disperse dyes, vat dyes, reactive dyes, soluble vat dyes and insoluble azo dyes.
