Precautions for maintenance and operation of preshrinking machine
11 Maintenance
(1) The humidity of the fabric in the humidification box is uneven. Check:
① Whether the spray and steam pipes are blocked.
② Whether the steam pressure and water pressure are high and low suddenly.
③ Whether the main and passive guide rollers in the wet box are bent or damaged, whether the journals and bearings are damaged or the oil is cut off.
(2) If a single pre-drying cylinder produces wrinkles and abnormal sounds, you should check:
① Whether the water bucket or siphon in the drying cylinder is damaged.
② Whether the drying cylinder is deformed.
③Whether the journal and bearing of the dryer cylinder are worn or the oil is cut off.
(3) If the blanket is deflected or wrinkled, check:
① Whether the blanket tension roller is horizontal or bent, and whether it is perpendicular to the center line.
② Whether the felt tension roller, felt drying cylinder journal, and bearings are worn or oil-cut.
③Whether the felt drying cylinder is conical or oval.
④Whether the blanket is partially worn or uneven in thickness.
(4) If the rubber blanket is deviating, check:
① Whether the levelness of the pressure roller is within the standard range.
② Whether the perimeter of both sides of the rubber blanket is consistent.
③ Whether the wear and aging on both sides of the rubber blanket are consistent, and whether there are ruffles.
If there is no above problem, you should adjust the rubber blanket, adjust the tension at both ends of the roller, loosen the end that deviates outward, or adjust the pressure on both sides of the cloth feed roller
and pressurize the end that deviates outward.
(5) The shrinkage of the finished fabric after preshrinking is uneven. You should check:
① Whether the steam pressure is high and low, and whether the moisture supply is uniform.
② Whether the temperature of the pre-shrinking machine is uniform.
③Whether the speed difference of the feed roller and retard roller is stable.
④Is the pressure stable?
⑤Whether the hydraulic roller, cloth feed roller, retard roller, etc. are bent or elliptical, and whether the bearings are damaged or have oil outage.
(6) If the fabric shrinkage after pre-shrinking and finishing is unqualified, you should check:
① Whether the moisture supply rate of the fabric meets the requirements.
②Whether the pressure meets the requirements.
③Whether the overfeeding amount is appropriate.
(7) All kinds of bearings of the pre-shrinking machine should be lubricated once a week and inspected once a year.
21 Operation Precautions
(1) Corresponding preparations and inspections should be made before driving.
(2) Open the machine first, adjust the corresponding pressure and temperature required for pre-shrinking, and then introduce the fabric for pre-shrinking and finishing.
(3) Check the fabric preshrinkage regularly.
(4) After the fabric is pre-shrunk and finished, the machine should still be run empty, relax the pressure, turn off the steam, and lower the temperature of each roller before stopping.
