The combined heat and power plant project mainly constructs a 970-ton/hour high-temperature and ultra-high-pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler and a 100,000-kilowatt back-pressure steam turbine generator unit. The current daily supply of steam is about 7,000 tons, and the daily grid-connected power is about 600,000 degrees.
All sewage from printing and dyeing center enterprises is discharged into the sewage treatment plant through the sewage pipe network for unified treatment. The quality of the treated wastewater meets the relevant national and provincial discharge standards. The flue gas emissions from the combined heat and power project comply with the limit requirements of national and provincial emission standards. At the same time, the sewage plant sewage outlet and the exhaust gas outlet of the cogeneration project have implemented the relevant requirements for standardized setting, are equipped with online monitoring equipment, and are connected to the environmental protection department.
