The ASGD748 flexible rapier loom is a new type of rapier loom independently developed by Suzhou Sanhe Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly Suzhou Second Fabric Machinery Factory). It has reliable performance, strong variety adaptability, and simple and convenient operation. With features such as shuttle looms, it is an alternative to shuttle looms.
The rack mainly consists of left and right large wall panels and the front and rear beams connecting them, the front and rear supports, the middle beam, the breast beam, the side wall panels and the upper wall standing on the large wall panels. It consists of plates, upper beams, upper supports and small supports, which are important parts to ensure the stability of the entire rack.

Weft selection mechanism The control signals of this mechanism are uniformly commanded by the jacquard machine pattern board. After passing through a series of mechanical parts, the color selection rod is pushed to achieve the purpose of weft selection. The second weft selection method sends instructions through the PLC to make the electromagnetic magnet move and push the color selection rod to achieve the purpose of weft selection.
The coiling mechanism adopts a worm gear intermittent coiling mechanism. The reciprocating movement of the guide hook foot mounted on the reed base foot causes the coiling rod to swing back and forth. The supporting head lever is driven through the connecting rod, and the supporting head supports the ratchet wheel. The warp and ratchet are fixed on the coaxial worm and worm wheel to drive the bristle roller to wind up the fabric.
