It adopts flexible rapier weft insertion, electronic warp stopping device, electronic weft storage, electromagnetic clutch braking, piezoelectric ceramic weft detection and other technologies. YC-518 flexible rapier loom has the characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, high weaving efficiency, low energy consumption and easy maintenance. The shedding device adopts a 20-piece heald frame high-speed dobby machine. The double-action semi-open shed can be adapted to the weaving of various plain weave, twill or small pattern fabrics. The color selection device is controlled by a dobby machine, which can realize free weft selection of 4 to 6 colors, and the action is precise and reliable. The stationary outer let-off device has high transmission precision, a wide range of weft density, and is easy to install and maintain. Electronic stop device This device has a simple structure, is easy to use, is sensitive and reliable. Piezoelectric weft stop This machine adopts piezoelectric crystal electronic sensor, which can respond sensitively, quickly and reliably when the weft yarn fails. The electric and transmission systems are controlled by a microcomputer. The electric control box displays the status of the loom, the electromagnetic clutch starts, and the electromagnetic brake positions and stops, making it easy to operate.
